Baked Basil Fries

Ingredients:
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. Olive or Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp. dried basil
1/4 Tsp. garlic powder
4 medium red potatoes*
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9″ x 13″ baking dish. Combine cheese, oil, basil, & garlic powder. Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch sticks. Add potatoes to mixture, toss to coat, & place in baking dish. Cook for 15 minutes, turn the potatoes, & cook for 15-20 minutes more.
*We have used several different kinds of potaoes. We have also used them with skin on and skin off. They turn out great regardless.
