Works for Me Wednesday

Wfmwheader_4This Works for Me Wednesday is a simple craft for Christmas. We made these at my daughters Holiday party at school and we made some extra at home to use for Christmas gift tie ons and ornaments for the tree.

 What you need:

large popsicle sticks, white paint, black felt, orange felt, googly eyes, ribbon for scarf, ribbon for hanging, glue, and a red marker.

What to do: paint the popsicle stick white and let it dry completely (both sides). Attach a looped ribbon to the top with glue (or tape). Cut out a hat shape from the black felt and glue it to the top. Attach the googly eyes with glue under the hat. Cut out a carrot shaped nose from the orange felt and attach it with glue under the eyes. Draw a mouth with a red marker. Cut a piece of ribbon to fit like a scarf and attach under the mouth. Now you have a cute little snowman ornament. Quick, easy, inexpensive and the kids can help!
